We found a disabled SUV in the center lane of 91 S/B near the New Haven/Hamden line after sunset around 8pm, and were able to move them to them to the shoulder preventing a crash and serious injury to the four occupants, prior to law enforcement arrival to the scene.

We were dispatched to an auto lockout through hertz rentals, and were able to quickly assess the situation and assist the customer with minimally invasive vehicle entry.

"Last night I ran out of gas; my car also died and it was freezing. Mike was very empathetic and made it all the way from Derby, CT to Waterbury, CT in a New York minute. He's a real life saver: I couldn't even feel my toes when I saw him pull up.
Once he put gas in, it was time to jump start my car. Well, my car is an EV and it required some coordination and expertise to jump start it. Mike was very diligent and wise about the systems he even had his manual handy he was also very cautious not to ground the jumper on the wrong metal.
He provided an excellent life saving experience while having a very pleasant personality. Thank you Mike!"

We were dispatched to a tire change through Urgent.ly RSA. Upon arrival and a quick assessment, we found a screw to be in the tread of the tire. We opted to patch the tire for the customer, free of charge. Glad to be of help!
